Letter of invitation
In order to request an official letter of invitation, please send us an email providing your personal data, the title of the submitted abstract, ideally together with a copy of your passport. All personal data collected for this event will be processed, stored, and deleted according to the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In order to obtain a letter of invitation, you must be a paid registrant or have submitted an abstract. We are aware that some countries experience extended delays in their visa application process. If this is your case, we encourage you to mention it in your email (also please add damien.tourret@imdea.org in copy). We will do our very best to expedite the abstract review and registration process, so we can start your visa application as swiftly as possible.
