Submit your proceedings article 

Submission deadline: March 15th 2025 – extended to March 31st 2025 (last extension)

 

Authors of accepted contributions (either oral or poster) have the opportunity to submit a proceedings article, which will be published in a special issue of IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering, and be available online via full open access under a CC-BY license.

 

Articles are expected to be between 6 and 8 pages (including all figures, references, and acknowledgements) and will be peer-reviewed applying rigorous international standards for scientific publications. Author guidelines and templates are available on the journal website.  

Article processing fees of 100€ per article will be charged individually to the corresponding author at the time of registration.
