ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Abstract submission is open for poster presentations
The submission of abstracts for oral contributions is now closed.
Abstracts for poster presentations will remain open until May 1st 2025.
Abstracts
Researchers wishing to present an oral or poster contribution at the conference are requested to submit a short text abstract. It should be a concise summary of your research, results, and conclusions. Abstracts should be no longer than about 300 words, without any figure or table, but an optional graphical abstract may be submitted (see below).
Graphical abstracts
An optional graphical abstract may be submitted separately at the same time as the text abstract. Graphical abstracts must be self-contained (i.e. no caption). Preferred formats are png or jpg (vectorized formats, e.g. pdf or svg, may result in errors). The file size should not exceed 2.5MB. Graphical abstracts will appear below the abstract text in the abstract booklet. The best graphical abstracts submitted by students will qualify for awards (including registration waivers). Note: While graphical abstracts can still be added to late submissions, only graphical abstracts received by the January 15th deadline will be considered in the best graphical abstract competition.
Posters
Authors with an accepted poster contribution will be requested to send their poster in pdf format by June 1st, 2025. The conference organizers will take care of printing the poster and put it on display for the poster session. The best posters will qualify for awards. Any poster received after June 1st, 2025 will not enter the poster prize competition.
