All awards recipients will be selected by the International Scientific Committee and receive their prizes during the banquet dinner on Thursday evening. 

Graphical abstracts may be submitted jointly with the abstract. They should be a self contained (no caption) image file (png or jpg preferred) and not exceed 2.5 MB. All graphical abstracts will be added below the abstract text in the conference booklet. Best graphical abstracts submitted by students will be selected prior to the conference and receive a full registration waiver for the conference, including banquet dinner. 

Posters will also be eligible for prizes. Authors of accepted poster contributions will need to submit their poster (pdf file) by June 1st 2025. All posters received by this date will be eligible for prizes and will be printed and put on display directly by the conference staff for the poster session (Tuesday evening). Best posters will be announced during the banquet dinner.
