The ICASP conference series actively promotes networking, partnership, and collaboration between academia and industry. We invite you to consider our sponsorship opportunities and to participate in the success of the event.
The venue, schedule, and social programme will provide many opportunities for networking and discussions. Participants will be offered a broad range of sponsorship packages to attend and display their latest products and innovations. - Visibility Packages will allow your organization to capture the attention by display your logo on the conference website, printed program, and acknowledgement slide, as well as promotional material in the congress bag, roll-up banners, and a slide on rotation in all rooms during breaks.
- Exhibition Packages will allow you to directly meet with customers, with exhibit stands in strategic location of the conference venue, as well as one or two full conference badges including banquet dinner, in addition to all Visibility Packages benefits.
- Exclusive Packages, limited to one sponsor per package, will allow you to support specific events and have your logo printed on specific items (congress bag, lanyard, coffee cups, etc.). In particular, Award Packages will allow you to take a central part in the award ceremony, by support prizes for best poster and best graphical abstract (e.g. funding student registration waivers).
All sponsors will also be presented in one (Visibility Packages) or two (Exhibition Packages) newsletters to all registered attendees. All requests of sponsorship will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you have something else in mind to organize or support during the event (e.g. special event, social activities, or anything else), we are also open to any original partnership ideas!
